Cassie was the most beautiful black labrador i had ever had. She always wore that red collar on the above images, and wouldn't let us take it off. Unfortunatly Cassie had only made it to 10 years and 7 months...She had suffered a couple of strokes that we didnt even know of. When we took her to the vets they said she had a few strokes and showed a picture of her brain which had loads of black dots, and they indicated strokes. She had suffered through the weekend and got worse, it got so bad that she was standing in one place by walls and was knocking chairs over by accident. So Sunday morning of November the 6th, my step dad took her to the vets since she wouldnt get up. He texted my mum to let her know that there was nothing else they could do but to put her down...Hearing the heart breaking words come from my mum tore me apart. She was not only my best friend, but she was like my big old sister. You could do anything to her, pull her ears sit on her and she wouldnt care, she was always so kind hearted. Even when Darcie our newest addition to the family could do anything to her. Cassie loved to play with her.
